Singpass counter is a walk-in assistance desk where users go to resolve problems with their Singpass account or get in-person support.

Visit a Singpass counter if you’re having trouble registering, forgot your password, need to update personal details, or can’t unlock your account online.

You’ll find them at places like ServiceSG Centres (e.g. Our Tampines Hub, Woodlands Civic Centre), the ICA Building, and some Community Clubs.

Services offered include new account sign-up, unlocking or reactivating accounts, setting up the Singpass app, and verifying documents in person.

Bring click here your NRIC, FIN card, or copyright for identification when visiting a Singpass counter. This makes verification and updating of records smoother.

Opening hours are usually Monday to Friday, with some locations open on Saturdays—always check the timing before making a trip.
